Chief Financial Officer, Rhonda L. Ferris, PMP has been named to NSBA Leadership Council


SigmaCorps Solutions, LLC located at 125 Woodstream Blvd, Suite 201, Stafford VA was notified that our CFO, Rhonda L. Ferris, PMP was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council https://nsba.biz/Leadership-Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. Ms. Ferris, has been a small business owner since 2006 and is a recognized leader in the small-business community. I am excited to announce that she joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other like-minded small-business advocates and professionals from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

“As a small-business owner and executive, I see daily the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulation and their impacts on Small Business,” Ms. Ferris stated. “Joining NSBA’s Leadership Council will enable me to take our collective small-business message to the people that need to hear it most: Congress.”

Ms. Ferris, a certified Project Management Professional, holds an MBA in Management Accounting from Walden University. She is a Honors Graduate (Omicron Psi) from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, School of Business and Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon) earning a Bachelors’ degree in Economics. Ms. Ferris is currently exploring opportunities to continue her education at the Doctoral level in Financial Cost Management and is currently pursuing a CMA certification with the Institute of Management Accountants.

Ms. Ferris has joined the NSBA Leadership Council and support efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small business, including tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs and how the Affordable Care Act will impact small business. The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals.
